Ashleigh Webster
Legal Secretary

Ashleigh is a proud mum to her vibrant daughter, Bowie, and someone who knows the value of hard work, balance, and personal growth.

With over nine years of experience in the banking industry—specialising in home lending and management—Ashleigh has built a strong foundation in helping people navigate the big financial decisions in life. Now, she’s channelling that expertise into a new chapter as she works toward her Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing, aiming to expand her skills and continue supporting others through their property journeys.

Outside of study and career goals, Ashleigh’s world is full of movement and meaning. She finds her reset at the gym, her calm in the pages of a good book, and her joy in the little rituals—like a perfect morning coffee or an evening cocktail with friends.

Life with a young daughter keeps her on her toes, but she embraces the chaos with a sense of humour and a lot of heart.

Ashleigh is driven by connection, growth, and the desire to create a fulfilling future—for herself, for Bowie, and for the clients she serves.

Venera Macri
Legal Secretary

Narrandera born and raised, Venera (Ven) started with Patrick Dawson Law in early 2023, where she was quickly upskilled across the many areas of law which we offer at PDL.

Prior to working in the legal space, Ven worked in childcare for over 20 years (which she loves) but now also working part-time with the PDL team.

In her spare time, Ven is quite the social butterfly. She enjoys spending time with her son, chasing after her little nieces and nephews and doesn’t mind the occasional gin and tonic!

Courtney Celi
Lawyer

Originally from Leeton, Courtney has spent the past 5 years in Canberra, dedicating herself to work and studies. Her professional journey began as a paralegal at a boutique family law firm in Canberra, where she gained invaluable experience for over 18 months. This paved the way for her role as an Associate to a Judge of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2).

In 2022, Courtney successfully completed a double degree at the esteemed Australian National University, earning a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Criminology (LLB/BCRIM). Furthering her legal education, she recently obtained my Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (GDLP) through the College of Law. The culmination of her hard work came to fruition when she was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of NSW in July 2023.

Her passion for law ignited during high school, leading her to pursue a career in this field. The opportunity to utilise her education, skills, and unwavering dedication to assist others has always been her driving force. Courtney aspires to advocate for those who cannot do so themselves, making a meaningful impact in their lives. Law, with its complexities, presents a challenging yet fulfilling avenue to achieve this goal.

While the law is an inevitable part of everyone's lives, accessing legal services can be a daunting process, particularly for certain communities. Courtney aims to leverage the expertise and knowledge she has gained from working and studying in Canberra to address the legal needs of our local community. By doing so, she hopes to bridge the gap and provide accessible legal assistance to those who need it most.

In Courtney’s leisure time, she cherishes moments spent with her family, indulging in reading, honing her cooking skills, and taking leisurely walks with her beloved sausage dog, Clarence.

Testimonials

“We would like to take this opportunity to Thank Patrick Dawson Law and his Amazing team.

Legal matters can be scary and stressful for anyone, but with every correspondence from Patrick or the girls we felt safe and confident, a real sense of security – which was very comforting in our time of need.

Patrick’s knowledge and charisma are second to none and without his service, we could have had a completely different outcome. Not only did Patrick have Great advice on Legal options for us, but he also offered some genuine supportive advice for any possible outcomes when all our options were on the table.

Patrick always took the time to clearly explain any technical wording and made sure we understood things every step of the way.

Words honestly can not express the level of respect and gratitude we have for the whole Team.
